doc/doc.am: Slightly refactor.
* doc/doc.am: In `DOC_PDFMOM` macro, use `PDFMOMBIN` macro defined in
"Makefile.am" to locate `pdfmom` executable; as with `GROFFBIN`,
that's what it's there for.
