MORE.STUFF: Recast and drop dead links.
I don't mention macro package documentation here; Lesk's ms paper is
absent, there's no hyperlink for the mm manual (our groff_mm(7) page has
a good link), and because the me(7) documents are freely licensed, we
provide our own updated versions.
