As the disability networks in Brazil and South Africa collaborate to insure that FIFA does not attempt in 2014 what it has done with World Cup 2010 we came across a reference to the Green Guide being used to create plans for FIFA 2014 in Brazil. Can anyone point us to the Green Guide and/or these FIFA document?
