It was launched June 15, 2003. eRTR is a product of a cooperative project sponsored through on alliance between International Travel andTourism Research Association (TTRA), Canadian Tourism Commission (CTC), and Department of Recreation, Park, and Tourism Sciences at Texas A&M University (RPTS).
