Very painless upgrade on Ubuntu. # wget https://packages.graylog2.org/repo/packages/graylog-2.2-repository_latest.deb # apt-get update # apt-get install graylog-server (install overwrites /etc/graylog/server/server.conf so save a copy) # reboot
Before rebooting, I applied my changes from a saved copy of /etc/graylog/server/server.conf. After the reboot everything worked great including LDAP user roles and access to streams.
