Hi! Mozilla Location Services has been somewhat dormant for a couple of years, but we've picked it back up again and it's under active development.

Move Hanno to owner emeritus 2. Add me (Will Kahn-Greene) as owner 3. Add John Whitlock as peer If I don't hear any objections in the next week, I'll update the wiki page accordingly. I'd like to thank Hanno for all the help he's given us over the last couple of months. His historical knowledge and insights have been invaluable.
