As far as Bugzilla is concerned, i think moving this to the "Data Platform & Tools" product <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/describecomponents.cgi?product=Data%20Platform%20and%20Tools> could be the better fit? It already contains e.g. the Telemetry Dashboards (TMO) component <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/buglist.cgi?product=Data%20Platform%20and%20Tools&component=Telemetry%20Dashboards%20%28TMO%29&resolution=---&list_id=14775089> and other related things. I don't know how that best renders to the current Wiki representation of the modules though.
