As far as Bugzilla is concerned, i think moving this to the "Data Platform
& Tools" product

could be the better fit?
It already contains e.g. the Telemetry Dashboards (TMO) component

and other related things.
I don't know how that best renders to the current Wiki representation of
the modules though.
