The code covered by the XPInstall module has been long gone, with the relevant bits re-written in JavaScript and absorbed into the add-on manager code. The bugzilla components related to the old code are in the Core Graveyard product. As a belated clean-up of the Module owners page I have removed the XPInstall module (of which I was the owner).
