Hi everybody,
Over the course of the a11y+e10s project, I wrote a library for
interfacing Gecko with Microsoft Distributed COM. I feel that this code
should become its own module in order to eliminate any confusion over
who is maintaining it: even though it resides in the /ipc directory, it
is distinct from IPDL and the rest of our IPC code. I have already run
this proposal by the IPC module owner (billm) and he is okay with it.
