Governors!
I recently landed the changes in bug 1309049 [1] that move most of the
code in the embedding/ directory [2] to various other directories
(docshell/, dom/, and toolkit/).
After those changes, there is no longer any code in embedding/ that bz
and jst are familiar with, nor are they planning to work on new
embedding projects, so we've agreed that it makes sense to remove them
from the list of peers for the Embedding module [3].
Thus I plan to convert bz and jst to Peers Emeritus of the module.
Meanwhile, Brendan Dahl and Trevor Saunders have both been working on
projects like SpiderNode that are relevant to potential new embedding
projects. And I expect them to continue to work on such projects.
Thus I plan to add Brendan and Trevor as peers of the module.
As with other recent module changes, I'll schedule these to happen
automatically unless I hear objections. I'll make the changes on Monday,
February 6, two weeks from today.
