I would like to promote Josh Matthews and Kan-Ru to module owners. In addition, I would like to move Garvan and myself to Emeritus.
For business and privacy related issues (to help define what geolocation provider Firefox uses, etc.), both Josh and Kan-Run will have legal/business support from Mozilla Corp.
