In bug 1238079 [1], I disabled the desktop Web Runtime and removed its
code from mozilla-central. The Desktop Runtime module [2] is now
obsolete, and its entry should thus be removed (or otherwise updated to
reflect its status). The webapprt/ directory should also be removed from
the Source Dir(s) for the Firefox module [3].
