Hello all,
As I have moved farther away from day-to-day code related duties, Joel
Maher (irc: jmaher) stepped up as a leader among peers in my module.
It's time we recognize that and I pass the ownership of the test
infrastructure module on to him.
I propose to move the module to him. I won't make any other changes at
this time. Unless there are objections, I plan on completing that by
updating the wiki by the end of next week.
