Yep, this is correct.

Ideally, we're looking for people to step up who have experience/skills to
tackle a module.  If the right people are willing to step up and take
ownership, that's the system working!  I don't have enough visibility into
the B2G work to know if you guys are the right people, but if you're the
active contributors in the area it's probably a good start.  If no one
objects, we can move forward on this next week.

Of course, it's always difficult to voice concerns/opposition publicly, so
there's always module-owners...@mozilla.org as a backup avenue (that's the
owner/peers of the Module Ownership module).

So I know Gregor asked me to be an owner, and I agreed (but never followed
up on getting the wiki updated). 

I think that you would be an excellent co-owner/peer. 

My understanding is that we basically discuss this stuff on this mailing
list, and then if there aren't any objections etc, we just update the
wiki.
