I'd like to propose we create a new 'jit' sub-module of the JavaScript module with Jan de Mooij as the owner. On this topic we have broad consensus on the proposal thread yesterday [1] with supporting comments by many of JS engine devs who would be working on this new module. See [1] for more on the rationale for the new sub-module and the choice of the owner.
