You mentioned this twice, but I'm not sure what process/specific oversight
you're stating would be in place. Code architecture and API design changes
both require explicit super-review in addition to module owner review, so I'm
pretty confident that will be well covered regardless of module. I'm more
concerned with day to day code review/quality, if that helps clarify things.
