This particular message is 22,000 deep in 36,000 messages. (For a very high level perspective, the queue is processed in order. Kind of.) I moved the copy you mailed me to the front, it processed fine. So -- if all your examples are about message from *relatively* recent times (to be super safe, lets say June) this may be the problem. Otherwise send me another example. One reason we are so horribly backlogged is I've been recently spending massive CPU and disk IO on data compression, which has starved the processing engine.
