I'm not familiar with Mendix, but if you can point to a page with your charts, we can take a look.
The likely problem is that they are using a copy of the old jsapi loader, and the 'uds' server that used to respond to requests is now turned off. We have a redirect from the jsapi loader to the new loader, but that won't be used if there is a copy of the jsapi loader being used instead.
