Our team ran into a problem recently. It is described in the corresponding
issue https://github.com/google/google-visualization-issues/issues/2822.

One of the workarounds to this problem is to draw empty chart to clear
orphan nodes. But we are wondering if we miss something... Is there an API
to destroy google chart properly with all the orphan nodes?
