So Google Charts will load the Maps API for you by default, however it should also be able to determine whether the API is already included on your page and use that if it's available. Because of this, you should be able to simply follow the Maps API instructions for loading the APi with a key <https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/tutorial>.
