Chrome loads tooltip.css! Chrome shows a second reference to a file called tooltip.css, now. Chrome cannot resolve this second reference (> Open chart html file from local directory > F12 > Tab “Network”). Furthermore, if a browser loads the chart resources using http, it loads some files using http, others files using https. Would be great if browsers could use http respectively tls all the way down.
