[Google Maps API v3] how to return bird's eye image tile using JavaScript API v3

Hi all, is it possible to return a bird's eye image tile URL 
using JavaScript API v3. Below is an example of Google Static Map API, 
given the center lat/lon and zoom level, it can return you the map tile 
URL. So can JavaScript API v3 do this?
