I don't really understand the question. Make a <div> , put the map in that <div>. Sometimes there are sizing issues if you show/hide the <div>, which get discussed in this group regularly ; but that doesn't seem to be what you describe. > Why would the import of an > external > lib that is irrelevant to the map api affect it?
