I'm studying about Google Maps API. Now, On Google's document, there are
several kinds of APIs that I can use for Mobile applications.

Google recommends that Using JavaScript API V3 for Mobile Apps for good
advantages, And they told me that there could be some missing features(new
features that just updated) on Android/iOS Native Google Maps API. It means
there are some differences between Google Maps API between platforms.
http://code.google.com/intl/en/apis/maps/articles/mobile_overview_v3.html

Q1. Is there a document about the differences between Google Maps API on
each platforms? Should I check whole API reference for each platform?

Q2. When new Android/iOS version released, All new features of Google Maps
are imported, isn't it? If it's not, why there are some missing part? Is
there some reasons?
