Hi, I have a question about the terms of service. Searched high and low and would appreciate a little assistance. Perhaps i'm not looking at the right place.
1) I have a site that has a map of a niche type of location. People provide me their location to put on this map. If I start charging people for this, will this violate the free google map usage of the terms of service? Viewing the map is completely free by anybody. 2) What if the location that people provide me is charged BUT the location is displayed on a page that lists all locations in a text format. But there is a link that can bring the user to a map with all the locations? (basically there's 2 views, text format or map). 3) Would putting up Ads on the site be consider violating the free google map usage of the terms of service? 4) Does anybody know the cost of the premier service? I read $10,000 / year 5) Can I store geo locations for a short period of time to improve speed of the site? I think I can but, what is considered a short period time before the ToS is violated?
