1. Is a mousemove event to call Lat/Lon of the mouse on the map against the Terms of service for the API? 10.6 use the Service in a manner that gives you or any other person access to mass downloads or bulk feeds of any Content, including but not limited to numerical latitude or longitude coordinates, imagery, and visible map data; I would like to show lat/lon as a person moves the mouse of the map in an html form field. Is that against the terms? 2. Looking at deploying this on a State/or Federal Govt. public site. Do I need a commercial license for this use?
