sorry maybe I wasn’t clear enough
I already have the grid set up with polygons
instead of polylines and its working fine.
my problem is that I can only have it on
a specific location, so when I move the map
grid will stay there. I want to drag the map
and I want the grid to move as well

You could do this using the Polyline element, but be aware that a lot
of polylines slow down (a lot!) the map (especially visible when you
want to move it)...
