Yes, if google has streetview imagery for that location.  You have to
code it though.

I don't have the Earth Plugin...

But, if you are using KmlLayer (which is v3, the topic of this group),
it may strip out any active content from the infowindows, so it might
not be easy.  It is not built in (yet).
