Good evening! I am attempting to create a website where users can select amenities around our new office building. For example, users could choose coffee shops, pharmacies and nail salons from a list of check boxes. These amenities would be displayed with color coded markers. I like the look and feel of this example but it uses an XML file, not local searches (and is V2):
http://www.geocodezip.com/v2_MarkerCheckBoxes.asp Since our office is in a busy city where businesses open and close everyday, I would rather use local searches than an XML file of business locations. I think this website might do what I want but the code made me cringe (I haven't used JavaScript in almost 10 years): http://www.suitematch.com/shared-office-space/view/z7tqwu2i5b/soho-new-york-ny/250usd-desk-startup-in-soho-with-desks-to-share--great-light Is there a simple example of what I am trying to do or is it impossible at this stage of the API development?
