I dont get this sentence in the Terms of Use:

We also respect people's privacy, so the Google Maps APIs shouldn't be
used to identify private information about individuals.

and also:

(c) protect the privacy and legal rights of those users. If your Maps
API Implementation enables you or any party to gain access to
information about users of the Service, including but not limited to
personally identifying information or non-personally identifying usage
information, you or the party receiving the information must make
publicly available, and must abide by, an appropriate privacy policy in
your Maps API Implementation.

Am i not allowed to collect information a user is willing to give me ?
For example the city / street he lives in and his name ?!?

Please help,

Lucian
