Found the same problem five minutes ago.
Using Chrome 8.0.552.200 beta
on Windows XP with SP3

Markers are clickable initially. After one click they refuse to open
the InfoWindow. The pointer cursor is missing also.
Tried this with one marker only but the same thing happened.
