Thanks for the list, but this isn't exactly what I was looking for. I would like, for each city, a list of co-ordinates which define that city's boundary - like the border of a country. I managed to find such data for every world country, but for cities I've had no luck.
I suppose it's more difficult (perhaps impossible) to accurately define the exact area of a city, given urban sprawl.
