If I can attach an image here, it'd describe what I wrote below:

InfoWindow for Chrome and Safari looks like normal and any of the
simpler InfoWindows I've created before and viewed in IE7 and IE8
looks normal as well. But I just went back to my map that I worked on
over 2 weeks ago and saw this:

1) Left top corner is rounded OK
2) Right to corner seems to be OK but after the rounded corner, the
vertical line is tucked to the left by about 1 pixel
3) Right bottom corner seems to be rounded OK except for the fact of
#2 and the bottom horizontal line is jagged looking. By that I mean
the line is lifted 1px up from the bottom right rounded corner and
about two thirds of the way back to the left side, the horizontal line
at the bottom moves up 1 more pixel before reaching the bottom left
rounded corner.
4) Left bottom corner seems to round OK with left vertical line
perfectly lined up between the top left and bottom left corners. The
bottom horizontal line as described in #3 is shifted up 1px from the
rounded cornering and then dropping down 1px 1/3 of the way across to
the right before dropping back down by 1px.

I currently can't duplication this on my other simpler code, but this
can be seen in both IE8 and FireFox. Anyone encounter this before?
If I can duplicate this, I'll post a link to the page.
