I'm having various issues getting a 'print' feature to work in an application. Basically I have a map with a GroundOverlay added, several GMakers (some with custom icons), and sometimes an open InfoWindow.
When I go to print there seems to be some browser specific problems (on the printed page): In IE, the InfoWindow becomes transparent and mis-styled, and it's shadow mangles the map image. In, Chrome the GroundOverlay and InfoWindow simply block out the map imagery with white (like a silhouette). in FireFox, the map imagery doesn't print at all, only the InfoWindow contents on a white page. The main page is here: http://apps.olympic.edu/campusmap/ (still under development btw), but the particular problem can be found on the 'print' version of the page. You can either use some options/click around on the main page and then click print (top right) or view the print version directly as in these examples: http://apps.olympic.edu/campusmap/Print.aspx?cam=Bremerton&cen=(47.574971048247846,%20-122.6370706653595)&z=17&curInd=4&winOp=1&togs=10001 http://apps.olympic.edu/campusmap/Print.aspx?cam=Bremerton&cen=(47.57486247903464,%20-122.63630891799927)&z=17&curInd=5&winOp=0&togs=00000 http://apps.olympic.edu/campusmap/Print.aspx?cam=Bremerton&cen=(47.575,%20-122.635)&z=17&winOp=0&togs=11111 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps JavaScript API v3" group.
