I did all that was explained here and nothing works.
I'm still getting a blank page.
If I wrote just few lines in HTML (such as <p>test</p>) just to see if
the page is coming in the browser, I get only the "test" word.
What am I doing wrong?
thanks

I'm using the following code:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<meta name="viewport" content="initial-scale=1.0, user-scalable=no" /
>
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8"/>
