I can't seem to find anything about this in the docs... Is there not a way to make a GroundOverlay in a KML see through? I seen some sample maps out there where the roads appear through a layer. Am I thinking of the wrong type? Basically what I am trying to do is overlay cloud cover radar image and be able to peer through them at the roads. If someone could point me in the right direction, that would be awesome.
