The problem is that both v3 and v2 are using google.maps namespace.
This is just an idea of redirecting google.maps namespace. I haven't
tried it.
1] Load v3 API script first.
2] Then your v3 map script with the first line:
var V3 = google.maps;
// Create the map objects in V3 namespace
var center = V3.LatLng(0,0);
var map = V3.Map(document.getElementById("map"));
etc..
3] Load v2 API script
4] Create v2 stuff as usual
