Hi Bratliff, Please file an issue in the issue tracker about the tile loading problems you're seeing. I know you've run into this before and we haven't had any other reports. I don't believe it's related to this release, but we can confirm that in the morning.
As for the terrain labeling, we'll report that to the tile team. Can you provide a link to a page where you see "out of view" images flashing on the screen? Are these tiles? Markers? OverlayViews? Thanks, Susannah
