You might be right, surely other visualization methods are available (i.e. marker manager & clusterer), but I have the specific need to visualize the whole bunch of markers separately.. About the acceptability of 20 for loading the markers, I would say this is not so self evident: I tryed visualizing the same amount of markers through yahoo API and it took 3.12 secs... I think this issue should considered a priority, I don't think I'm the only one with this kind of needs
