The ImageChart Wizard, a site where you could experiment with the ImageChart API, hasn't been getting much use lately. We're going to turn it off November 1st, 2013. (This has no bearing on the ImageChart API timeline mentioned at https://developers.google.com/chart/terms, and all charts created with the wizard will continue to work per our deprecation policy.)
