Hi Andres, I'd suggest to report the issue on a Public Issue Tracker <https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/new?component=589898&template=0>as this seems to be a technical issue and you'd need to provide additional details such as the error message you are getting. Furthermore, this is very old thread and it is suggested to create a new one if needed.
