Thank u for ur response George Sir..... but i have deployed my Wordpress
site using same commands mentioned in the documentation, also my site is
hosted on appengine using SQL insatance everything was working fine.....
but problem arose when i tried to install any plugin in wordpress i was not
allowed to do so and was prompted with window(mentioned in screenshot). I
searched for its solution so on stack overflow they said - add this line in
your wp-config file
define( ‘FS_METHOD’, ‘direct’ );

 so i tried adding using Cloud shell editor but i m not sure changes we
make in wordpress files on cloud shell editor do take effect or not.
Thats why i headed over to filezilla to edit my wp-config file......

long story short ..... I just want to get rid of window (mentioned in
screenshot) hindering me from downloading plugins...
