Our project is running in the google app engine standard environment with auto-scaling configuration and we are also using google endpoints service. I am facing a latency issue while scaling up. For example, It's taking more than 50 seconds for the API.
For loading the *AppEngineWebAppContext* its taking 52seconds time which I notice in the application logs.
