Sounds like there an issue with the SSL configurations with your custom domain <https://cloud.google.com/appengine/docs/standard/python3/securing-custom-domains-with-ssl> so please verify a managed certificate has been provisioned <https://cloud.google.com/appengine/docs/standard/python3/securing-custom-domains-with-ssl#verify_a_managed_certificate_has_been_provisioned> if you are using the one provided by Google (which happens automatically after setting up your custom domain and update the DNS records <https://cloud.google.com/appengine/docs/standard/python3/mapping-custom-domains>) or if you are using wildcard mapping or you have your own SSL certificate please check your own certificate configuration <https://cloud.google.com/appengine/docs/standard/python3/securing-custom-domains-with-ssl#using_your_own_ssl_certificates> .
