Hello Laurent, This seems to be an authentication issue. When installing Cloud SDK, have your run gcloud auth login <https://cloud.google.com/sdk/gcloud/reference/auth/login> to authorize gcloud to access the Cloud Platform with Google user credentials? What is the exact command you have run to get this output? You mention you employ your own user account for Cloud configuration. Does your user account enjoy all needed permissions? You may check Setting Up Access Control <https://cloud.google.com/appengine/docs/standard/nodejs/access-control#primitive_roles> to make sure you have granted all needed permissions to your user account.
