Hello Thanasis, You can limit the number of instances running with parameters such as max_instances in app.yaml <https://cloud.google.com/appengine/docs/standard/python/config/appref#scaling_elements>. There is no outage or diminished service level on right now, but you may have been affected by such a situation a few days ago. To ascertain this was the case, and to investigate further, we need details such as your project number, copy of app.yaml, etc., which one should never publish in a public forum such as Groups. Instead, you should open an issue in the Public Issue Tracker <https://issuetracker.google.com/>, and mark it as private.
