We have some data stored in GCP Storage Buckets. One issue that happen was 
as follows..

The data in one of our buckets suddenly disappeared for a few days. We 
tried connecting to it through GCP Console (in the browser) and also Cloud 
Storage FUSE. After a few days, it re-appeared in the bucket, although we 
didn't do anything to solve the problem. Now we are worried how to prevent 
that from happening again, and suspect that it was due to a bug on Google's 
side.

I hope you could help us clarifying this..
- How could we get help from Google on issues like this? We have a "bronze 
support package" which doesn't include technical support, even if we are a 
pretty decent GCP user spending around $1k per month.
- Has anyone had an issue like this before? Do you have an idea of what 
could have gone wrong?
