No, this is currently not possible because Cloud Datastore does not have data access logs, so this will not show up on the activity feed. Moreover, modifying an entry is not an admin job <https://cloud.google.com/appengine/docs/standard/python/console/managing-datastore#enabling_datastore_admin> .
