I am also getting intermittent 503 status over the last few weeks, in one
of my Flex Env Services, but not others. The response is as below. The
Cloud Console Log Viewer does not show this HTTP request at all.
In my case, my script is automatically starting Flex Env Version. It then
sends a curl request to check that the Version is live. This succeeds.
About 30 seconds later, it sends another curl request, which experiences
this failure.
The Service is written in Java.
