Setting the Cache-Control header to 'private' should have prevented caching of the object. Since this is not the case, I highly encourage you to submit a defect report <https://code.google.com/p/google-cloud-sdk/issues> as described in this article <https://cloud.google.com/support/docs/issue-trackers> so that proper attention and weight will be given to it. We monitor that issue tracker closely.
